The Griphouse

This is the home of Caledonian Muay Thai in Glasgow. Guy first opened the gym in 2005 in Glasgow North trading estate in Maryhill. Quickly filling to capacity, it proved a great success so in late 2006 Guy moved to new premises even closer to the city centre.

Now situated in Possil Road the Griphouse has grown! With two rings in a matted room and a general purpose room which can be used in matted or unmatted mode (with a wooden floor) it should appeal to any number of different clubs and activities. Changing and showering facilities are also onsite as well as a weights room.

A wide array of classes are available and don't only cover Muay Thai. You'll find renowned MMA team the Dinky Ninjas offering classes and 2007 should see the list of styles on offer grow.
