Training Timetable
Mixed classes are suitable for all levels, from absolute beginner to seasoned pro fighter. These classes cover bagwork, pads, sparring, circuits and techniques.
Intermediate and fighter classes are aimed at the more experienced, with more emphasis on advanced techniques and sparring.
Sparring is not compulsory in any class.
